I have been using habit trackers for years to help me see a visual representation (when words aren't enough) of the routines that are sticking and the routines that are not. I highly recommend putting this into your planner.

This is great for practicing mindfulness and surprisingly combating perfectionism. I’ve found it really useful to be able to visualize how often I’m able to keep up with tasks over time rather than focusing on missing a day here and there.

My Favorite ADHD/Mental Health Hack
My brain struggles with executive function and with memory, and this simple, *free* resource has been a GAME-CHANGER. Consistency is a challenge for me, so having a visual reminder with tasks together in one place is a huge help. I have a tendency toward overambitiousness; seeing how many habits I’m managing at once helps me set more realistic goals. Thanks to reviewer, Jorie, for the great tip about trimming off any extra rows too. I’ve started printing the large size & hanging it on a clipboard so instead of just checking off squares, I can treat myself to a sticker (I loved those as a kid, they bring me joy, and I laugh at myself every time I do it) instead. 10/10 highly recommend for anyone who could use a smile &/or extra help with motivation. So thankful for this company posting so many free, helpful resources. Passion Planners have become my go-to holiday gifts for loved ones.

Tip: try just a few habits to see how you like it and cut off rows you don't need.
