2022 Price Increase Update
Dear #PashFam,
Due to the increasing costs of business operations, we have made the difficult decision to increase our prices starting June 7, 2022.
For full transparency, this is why we must increase our prices:
- Costs of production and ocean freights have increased, and we want to keep making a consistently high quality product for you.
- Shipping from our manufacturers to us increased by a whopping +$194,000 in 2021 compared to 2020
- Manufacturing costs increased by 5% on average per product due to increase costs of raw materials
- We want to continue to pay our staff a liveable and thriveable wage.
- This year we spent $64,000 to increase the teams pay by 3% across the board to help with inflation and aim to do this year after year. The cost of health insurance that we provide to our team also increased by 6.5%
- We want to keep giving back to our community.
- Last year we gave $115,000 to NPO's through our Community Empowerment Program. Together we’ve been able to support various nonprofit organizations focused on providing services that educate women and girls globally, maintain sustainability of our forests, and provide access to clean water for all.
