- If your order contains pre-order items, please note that in-stock items will be delayed until the entire order is ready to ship. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders for in-stock and pre-order products.

What is your shipping and return policy?
We ship worldwide, and every order comes with our updated refund policy:
First-time customers: Try Passion Planner risk-free for 90 days. You have 90 days from delivery (for physical planners) or from your order date (for digital planners) to request a refund. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
Returning customers: Refund requests can be made within 60 days of delivery (physical) or order date (digital). Refunds cover Passion Planner products and sales tax only.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically take 5–10 business days to process. Read our full Refund Policy.
