What is your shipping and return policy?
We ship worldwide, and every order comes with our updated refund policy:
First-time customers: Try Passion Planner risk-free for 90 days. You have 90 days from delivery (for physical planners) or from your order date (for digital planners) to request a refund. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
Returning customers: Refund requests can be made within 60 days of delivery (physical) or order date (digital). Refunds cover Passion Planner products and sales tax only.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically take 5–10 business days to process. Read our full Refund Policy.

Easy to find the months as a glance and love how the tabs do not extend too far from the planner. However, the adhesive on the tabs could be stronger and the tabs cover some of the wording (specifically “priorities”) as it gets later in the year.

I'm a little sad you guys don't have a lot of different planners anymore with cool designs. There is a more limited supply this time.
Adore the flush tabs - add a subtle hint of color and function to every PP. these colorways are gorgeous - I especially love the desert hues with Jade Snake this year.

I love that the colors rotate on this specific set of tabs. It makes identifying the months so much easier than if they were the same color.
I haven't received my planner and the flush monthly tabs I ordered. I placed my order on October 15, with delivery expected by October 25. As of today, it has yet to arrive. The UPS tracker indicates that there is no information available. I emailed Passion Planner support on October 30 but have not received a response other than the automatic reply.

This is my second year ordering a passion planner and I lOVE THEM! This planner style for the 2023 year has helped me in so many ways get organized and reflect over my year. I have skipped some weeks and even a whole month due to depression. As the year comes to a close I have been more consistent the last four months. I look forward to using my second planner in January!
