Golden Nature Washi Tape Set - 6 Rolls

My first time buying these. I am going to enjoy finding new ways to incorporate the tape in my use of my planner.

Good quality tape. I'm not creative enough to know what to use it on or for so it's wasted on me! I've tried. I think I'm going to repurpose for wrapping gifts. Any ideas? I've watched IG and see it used in the planner and it looks great. Not so great when I tried. Must be a technique.

Amazing products, Customer service - eh. I absolutely love Passion Planner’s products. I ordered the enchanted greenhouse planner, erasable pens, rose gold monthly tabs, washi tape & the greenhouse stickers. I’m obsessed with the products. They’re perfect and everything I was hoping for. The pens work well and they erase pretty good for erasable pens. The sticker book is so freakin cute and plenty of options to choose from. The only problem I had (along with many others) was the shipping and customer service. My order was stuck in “shipped, waiting to receive items for shipment” for over 2 weeks. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, I didn’t receive a response til after I had already received my order. Thats why I’m giving it 3 stars. I understand that the holiday season brings in more orders, but they def need to improve their customer service department. The CEO did send out an email and finally posted about the shipment issues they were having on their social media. I do appreciate that transparency, but some orders were placed months prior and not received (comments left all over their IG). So many people commented that they hadn’t heard from customer service or anything after reaching out. This is a major issue that needs to be addressed. Posting about issues months after many customers were already frustrated, upset, and left in the dark is bad business. I really do love their products, but I’m going to hold off making any future purchases until their new shipment company proves to be a solution to their prior shipment mishaps. I genuinely hope they learned from this experience and improve their business for the better.

Good amount-lower quality than I was expecting The tape sticks well and has a good thickness for a standard washi tape. But the golden metallic parts seem to fade and rub off. It doesn’t seem to be in the style of the pictures of the product. The gold leafing was just simply poorly done. I like that these are the larger type of washi rolls.

Cute addition The tape is a nice addition to the pages. Very pretty!

Tears easily Does not roll off easily and tears before you get a nice strip of tape to lie down. Otherwise it is beautiful!

Cute and Vibrant This tape is super pretty and looks just like the pictures. I’m excited to decorate my planner with it.
