I have ordered these exact pens seceral times and love them. The last box I got many of the pens did not work. Many of the ink cartridges were dried up. I got 4
Pens and some sry ink. Definatly not what i paid for. Very disappointed.

I love all the Passion Planner products, and have had one good pen from the pack so far, but several of the others simply do not write smoothly or consistently and are a source of frustration when I just want things to look tidy.

These are my favorite pens but I'm wondering if I got a "bad batch". I've only used 1 pen far and it skips...a lot. I'm hoping the quality of the pens hasn't changed because again they are my favorite every day writing tool!
They just don't write well. I'll tried shaking the ink down into tip, storing tip down, pressing harder, being delicate, etc. Just disappointed in this part of my purchase.

I love these pens. They are my new favorites. But the ink runs out way too fast
I was glad to see another person document the pens not always writing, even though the ink is full. I thought it might be the paper, so I tried multiple kinds, but it didn’t matter. When they work, they are my absolute favorite pen, but the ink flow is inconsistent.

i was worried that 0.7 mm would be too fine but its perfect! i chose blue cuz i have been using black for a long time.
and i was worried about them being erasable as i remember erasable pens way back in the mid 1980s when they would smudge really bad.
but these are non-smudgey so they are amazing and they erase fairly easily.

The black pens I bought are brand new with plenty of ink but they write like the pens are dried out or old.

These are good pens. They work well and the erase-ability is good. The ink does tend to lighten after writing and drying, but is still plenty legible. I do wish it stayed vibrant, which is why its' not a 5-star rating.
The erasable pens are honestly a game-changer. They write incredibly smooth, with rich ink that glides across the page without skipping or smudging. I make changes often when I plan, so being able to erase cleanly and rewrite without damaging the paper is such a huge plus. And the fact that they offer refills makes it even better — it’s affordable and convenient.

I treated myself to a planner and each color of erasable pens--as I use them, I'm noticing the black ink flows less smoothly than the blue. This makes them way less satisfying to use since I often have to retrace previous writing to make it legible. This coupled with the soft grey color makes them less useful. Would not recommend.

the ink isn't as dark as i'd like and it takes a minute to get it writing but the ink erases beautifully and this is a well-stocked pack with a buncha pens and a buncha refills.

Refills and colour is a nice blue. Only wish it came in green too

I absolutely love these pens. I love the blue ink and definitely recommend them. I love using them especially in my planner because they erase clean and you will not notice any changes.
* Maybe in the future you would consider having a pack of them with half blue pens and half black pens?! :) Thanks

Love these pens for writing in my Passion Planner. They write clean, no globs of ink, and dry super quick. Also love that they're refillable. Changing the ink stem is a little tricky (for me), but it's worth the money. I like to use both blue and dlack. They're my favorite.
The ink isn’t coming out of the pen very well, it writes like it’s running out but I can see the refill is still full. Not as good as the ones you buy with the actual pen

I love the pens and that they are so easy to erase and also to refill. I do wish that they were available in a thinner nib size, I like the medium size passion planner and find that my writing with the 0.7mm pen is hard to read in this size
I have been using passion planner for years and one of the things that I love most about it besides that the planner is amazing and I use it every day is that their customer service is outstanding. If there are any issues, I always feel comfortable that they are going to communicating immediately with me. I have never had any issues with this company. This company is amazing and I will continue to use their passion planners.. thank you so much

I love these, especially having refills!! The tech is AMAZING!!
I like the weekly and monthly view with silk strips to easily locate the current week & month. The size of the planner is also perfect as it fits comfortably in my computer bag..the 8x10 planners are simply too big. The erasable pens work well and I wish the black was more bold as it comes out as a soft grey.

Love the color of the electric blue pens. They write super nice and I love that they are erasable as well. It's super cool how a click of the pen clip retracts the ink.

This is not the erasable pen of my youth! It works great - leaves the paper in tact and neatens up my planner. No more crossing out and arrow drawing.
This pen actually erases fully! It has a nice bright blue color and a great point. Use it for my calendars and more. I can erase and it is clean. Thanks for this great product.
