  • Wholesale and Bulk purchases are now easier than ever! Purchase directly on our website to receive the following discounts below. Special order discounts may not be combined with any other discounts.
  • Minimum Order Amount $500.00 USD.
  • Selling via third-party online resellers (i.e., Amazon, eBay, TikTok shop, etsy, etc) is not permitted.
  • Orders are to be paid at checkout.
    • Payment methods: Most major credit cards, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
  • For tax exemption, please fill out the form below before placing an order on our website. We will notify you once we've set up your customer account with tax-exempt status.
  • Four (4) Discount Tiers are based on the cart total amount. Add items to your cart, and the discounts will automatically apply at checkout once the Cart Minimum thresholds have been reached. The discount shown is taken off the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (estimated number of planners varies depending on size and style):

WHOLESALE & BULK ORDERS via PURCHASE ORDER

  • Please refer to the discount tiers listed above.
  • Payment method: ACH or wire transfer is preferred. We accept checks as well.
  • Please fill out the form below or email sales@passionplanner.com with the following information, and we will provide a quote:
    • Organization
    • Shipping Address
    • Product and Quantity you are interested in purchasing
    • Tax-exempt documentation, if applicable
    • Please provide any required vendor forms we need to complete

ORDER PROCESSING

Wholesale and Bulk Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to process. During the holiday season, orders may take up to 4 to 6 business days to process. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking details. Shipping couriers request a 24 to 48-hour buffer time for tracking links to begin updating.

REFUND & EXCHANGES

All wholesale and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for more details.

If something’s not right, we’ve got your back:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 business days after delivery (please include photos so we can help quickly).
  • If you receive the wrong items, we’ll make it right—just reach out within 7 business days of delivery.

We recommend placing a sample order first if you’re new to our products—just to make sure everything meets your needs before ordering in bulk.

SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Within the United States
    • If you are looking to ship an order purchased within the continental US, we highly recommend placing your order 4 weeks in advance. This is to provide ample time to process and prepare your order for shipping. All domestic bulk orders are shipped with UPS Ground.
  • Outside of the United States
    • If you are looking to ship an order outside the US, We highly recommend placing your order 6 weeks in advance. This is to provide ample time to process and prepare your order for shipping.

Passion Planner is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur for international orders.
