Order Processing
- All orders are shipped from the United States.
- All orders normally take between 1 to 4 business days to process.
- Order with 15 or more items normally take 3 to 5 business days to process.
- During holiday season, orders can take up to 4 to 10 business days to process. Business days include Monday through Friday. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include tracking details. Shipping couriers request a 24-48 hour buffer time for tracking links to begin updating.

- For orders under $200 CAD, shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout.

Try it yourself and if you’re not satisfied, we’ll give you a full refund for the product (shipping not included)—no questions asked! We know that life doesn’t always go according to plan (even as a planner company!), so we give our #PashFam 90 days from the purchase date to request a refund back to the original form of payment. Please note that our policy does not include exchanges. There is no need to return the planner. If the planner is still usable, we highly encourage you to pass the Passion Planner on to a friend or loved one whom you believe will benefit from it.

Gift Exchanges
Gift exchanges will only be processed through store credit-- store credit amount will be equal to the amount paid for by the gifter. The order number, email address, or full name of the gifter is needed to track down the purchase. If the giftee cannot provide any of the requested information, we will not be able to process the gift exchange.
