We are accepting in-kind donation inquiries for the select Weekly 2025 Planners and Sticker Books only.

What products are being donated?
Select Weekly 2025 Planners and Sticker Books. We will do our best to accommodate eligible applicants' requests based on available donation stock. More designs may be available at a later date.
How many planners are in a box?
Large planner = 20 planners per box
Medium Planner = 30 planners per box
Small planner = 40 planners per box
Color and size preferences are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate eligible applicants' requests based on available donation stock.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs for 1 box is $20 USD each, no matter the size of the planner.
When will I find out if I am chosen to receive free planners?
We review submissions 1-2 times a week. If your inquiry is accepted, we will send an invoice to the email you provided in your submission with further instructions for you to submit payment for shipping costs. Shipping costs must be paid for your donation to be fulfilled.
If you do not receive any notification, that indicates we cannot fulfill your request at this time. However, please feel free to follow up with us at getonegiveone@passionplanner.com
If chosen, when will my donation ship?
Shipping costs must be paid for your donation to be fulfilled. After payment is submitted, your donation will ship within 3-10 business days.
I'm in San Diego. Can I pick up my planners for free?
We cannot accommodate pickups as our fulfillment partner is located outside of San Diego.
