Hands down my favorite journal / notebook of all time. Overall quality is top notch, paper quality is wonderful w/ amazing 120 gsm. Not to mention the numbered pages, table of contents, ribbon bookmark, elastic enclosure... what's not to love! I don't mind spending the money (aka investing in myself + a company I believe in). They are worth every penny to use as bullet journals, junk journals, sketchbooks, planning world domination, your next business venture, legit everything. Just buy one and thank me later. I’ve been using Passion Planner for about 2 years and switched between the daily and weekly planners. I realized I was looking for something that split the difference, and my friends told me about bullet journaling. Basically, I had a huge setback after my surgery and I fell behind. The biggest idols and role models I follow always talk about discipline and being diligent about organizing time because you cannot replenish it. I wanted to embody that, and I wasn't a major planner user, I usually kept a small notebook with a daily checklist and kept organized day to day. The game changed once this arrived at my doorstep and I started filling out the roadmaps, and breaking down the goals. The insight it propels you to really helps align your, daily, weekly, monthly goals into this almost freeing mental roadmap. I am loving my planner and I wish I got this earlier!
I am definitely buying another one come 2025, it's a routine habit I can no longer drop.

Couldn't have written my dissertation without it
I realized in my writing process that I needed to be able to sketch out my ideas on paper before committing them to a word document. Once I got a Passion Journal, I finally had that canvas where I could work out my thoughts, and my writing got stronger for it. I was frustrated by the pages of other journals being too thin and therefore see through, making it hard to write on the back side of a page. There is no see through my Passion Journal, so I can make the most of every page. I also haven't had issues with pens bleeding like I have in other journals, as the paper is thick and high quality. The cover is nice to the touch and has held up well over the years. I highly recommend this journal if you're someone who likes to write out their own notes!! Thank you, Passion Planner!

Sturdy but Heavy
I didn't think to check the weight on these notebooks - it weighs nearly as much as my laptop, which makes my work bag pretty hefty. A good arm workout and a quality notebook. Layflat binding would be an excellent improvement!

Totally in love with my journal!
I've start bullet journaling last year and I was looking for a good quality journal. Being a big fan of the original weekly Passion Planner, I gave their journal a try, and it's the best decision I've made. The quality of the paper is unbelievable and whatever pen I use look amazing. I just wish there was another colour available in the medium size at the time - but I saw new colours came out so can't wait to order them.

Passion Planner journal
The Passion Planner made me so organized between kids, work and social life that I figured when the blank one went on sale, I'd get it. In addition to the weekly and monthly schedules, I've been using it to expand my 2022 roadmap and all the things I want to work on (self-care, career, passion projects, home improvement, family - not in that order!) and map them out with pages dedicated to each. It's like an addendum to my PP that allows for so much brainstorming and creativity!

Plain Cover, Please.
I have been waiting for years for Passion Planner to release journals with the same quality paper and cover as the original Passion Planner. I was set to place an order until I saw the symbol embossed in the cover.
My journals are very personal to me and I do not want one that has a symbol with someone else's philosophy on it.
If ever there is one produced with a plain cover I will gladly order several.
I applaud the expansion into other products. Please consider attracting a wider customer base and not just those who practice New Age spirituality.

During shelter-in-place, I completed the dated pages of my 2019-2020 academic passion planner. Then, I used the dotted pages at the end of the planner as a planner/bullet journal, and it really helped me get through some of my hardest times during this pandemic. So when I saw the Passion Journal, I bought one as soon as it was back in stock!
I've used the academic passion planners throughout most of college (go bruins), so I know these planners are sturdy enough to survive being thrown in and out of my backpack and generally going with me wherever I go. I've used my most recent academic passion planner from Sept 2019 to Nov 2021, and the only physical damage is minimal wear of the bottom edge.
There are so many dotted notebooks on the market, but I choose the passion journal because I trust how sturdy it is and the medium size is my favorite. Other journals are too small for me to put all my info on one double page spread, or so big that I get overwhelmed trying to section off the page. Medium is the way to go!

Well, since I was requested to review the item prior to it arriving, so... I have to give it 1 star, merely for the nonexistence of the planner in my hand at the moment... so I can't really talk about any of it's pros.... Please stop using DHL, or at least consider providing other shipping options that we can choose from. The cost of shipping with DHL wasn't exactly cheap to begin with, so i'd much rather pay for an upgraded international shipping option with USPS/UPS etc if that means I get it faster, or at least have reliable tracking info. At this moment, it seems like there is no end in sight for my planners to be delivered.

I've been working on creating my own planner set up but have been hard pressed to find the right notebook/planner that would fit my needs.
The Passion Journal Elite Black planner has given me the size I desire and enough pages to fit what I'm looking for.
There are a few things that I would like to see in possible new iterations of this journal:
• A coil or spiral bind w/a soft or semi soft cover
• A choice of neutral colored book marks
• A premade spacing guide
Aside from the few changes, I am very pleased with this journal and would purchase again if no alternates were available.
