REQUIREMENTS

Must love Passion Planner!
Must be at least 18 years old
Must remain active on BrandChamp every few months to maintain eligibility
Must have a public social media account

AMBASSADOR CULTURE — We want this to be a fun, pleasant, and harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion. You are expected to conduct yourself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of Passion Planner. Be kind and respectful to all other Ambassadors. This is a community, not a competition.

RELATIONSHIP — By signing up for this program, you understand that this program is not deemed to create an employment, partnership, or joint venture between Passion Planner and any Ambassador.

PARTICIPATION — Complete activities designed to support your unique journey through BrandChamp, our Ambassador portal, to earn reward points. You will also have an opportunity to engage with our team and receive access to our global Ambassador network, connecting you with #PashFam from all corners of the world.

REFERRAL CODE — As an Ambassador, you will receive a unique referral code that your followers can use to shop passionplanner.com at 10% off. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.

Share your referral code on social media, on your bio and on your personal blog, if you have one. We’ll reward you with 10% commission on every qualifying purchase using your referral code. Personal orders placed using your referral link or referral code in combination with your name and/or email will be flagged and commission will be denied. Additionally, Ambassadors may not post referral codes to coupon sites. Violation of this term will result in your referral code being disabled and forfeit of related commissions.

VIP DISCOUNT — We are proud to offer Ambassadors a 30% VIP Discount. Ambassadors may use this discount code for up to 1 time per month for personal use, or for friends and family purchases. Each month, we will issue Ambassadors a new VIP discount code. Please note - you cannot receive commission on your own orders or on any purchase that uses your personal VIP Discount Code.

USE OF LIKENESS — By signing up as an Ambassador, you agree to be featured on Passion Planner’s social media platforms and/or its website as one of Passion Planner’s Ambassadors, granting Passion Planner license to use your likeness.

RESTRICTIONS — Ambassadors may not use any copyright, trademark, service mark, or general branding of the Company without full disclosure and permission of Passion Planner.

CONFIDENTIALITY — In the event that Passion Planner shares information with Ambassadors that is confidential in nature, I agree to maintain this information in the strictest confidence. Disclosure of confidential information will result in termination from this program.

TERMINATION — Ambassadors are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of Passion Planner. Ambassadors who do not uphold these standards will be immediately removed from the program and forfeit any unused reward points and/or commission. Ambassadors who are inactive for 6 months or more on BrandChamp will be removed from the program. In the event that Passion Planner terminates the Ambassador program. Ambassadors will have one month to redeem any accumulated reward points based on the redemption guidelines prior to accounts being closed.
