Testimonials
Tiffany P.For years, I had this in the back of my mind: I’ve got to get this done. But as much as I wanted to start, there were always obstacles and excuses that kept me from finally beginning the book I wanted to write with my mom.
When I heard about the Finally Finished Journal (FFJ), I saw it as my chance to finally begin—not just to check something off a list, but to do something that genuinely means everything to me.
The FFJ made it easy to break the process into manageable steps, even with both of our busy schedules. It held me accountable to our bi-monthly interviews, where we were finally able to sit down together and unpack her story—the heartbreak, the hard truths, and all the triumphs in between.
I feel like I’ve gotten to know a completely different version of my mom—the woman she was before she became “Mom.” And for that, I’m so incredibly grateful for the Finally Finished Journal.
Michelle S.Using the Finally Finished Journal helped me create, illustrate, and self-publish a book that I'd wanted to make for years! I'd always told myself "someday," but had never actually made the time for it... until I had these journal pages! Each day reminded me WHY I wanted to create what I did, allowing me to keep that as my focus. And by keeping this project literally in front of my face on a daily basis, and making tiny, attainable progress every day... I FINALLY DID IT! I couldn't be more proud. Many, MANY thanks to the Finally Finished Journal!

MEET THE CREATOR: ANGEL TRINIDAD
I used to think success meant working hard. That’s what my Filipino immigrant parents taught me. They worked double shifts to give us four kids a good life in the US. I wanted to make them proud, but when I came out as queer at 13, I learned we had different ideas about success. I grew up in a conservative religion, and in my heart, I couldn’t follow the path they wanted for me. I had to find my own way. So I grabbed a piece of paper and wrote down everything I wanted in life. That exercise changed everything. I realized if I didn’t decide what success meant to me, I’d never reach it. Or I’d just do what others expected. That day, I decided to live by my own definition of success.
My mission has always been to help people build lives true to themselves, not the expectations placed on them. This journal is the next step in that mission.
