We know that securing budget approval often requires showing the physical product to your committee or executive team. If you are planning a group order of 20 or more planners, we would love to send a complimentary sample directly to your office or campus.
FAQs
ORDER PROCESSING
Group and Bulk Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to process. During the holiday season, orders may take up to 4 to 6 business days to process. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude holidays. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Shipping couriers request a 24 to 48-hour buffer time for tracking links to begin updating.

REFUND & EXCHANGES
All group and bulk orders are final sale and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for more details.
If something’s not right, we’ve got your back:
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 7 business days after delivery (please include photos so we can help quickly).
- If you receive the wrong items, we’ll make it right—just reach out within 7 business days of delivery.
We recommend placing a sample order first if you’re new to our products, just to make sure everything meets your needs before ordering in bulk.
SHIPPING RECOMMENDATIONS
Within the United States
- If you are looking to ship an order purchased within the continental US, we highly recommend placing your order 4 weeks in advance. This is to provide ample time to process and prepare your order for shipping. All domestic bulk orders are shipped with UPS Ground.
Outside of the United States
- If you are looking to ship an order outside the US, we highly recommend placing your order 6 weeks in advance. This is to provide ample time to process and prepare your order for shipping.
Passion Planner is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur for international orders.
