I didn't see this as an option when I was placing my order so I didn't feel like it was a choice. I also don't understand how it is protecting me as my shipment has been stalled for weeks and I am worried I won't receive my order in time to use it for the beginning of 2025. I love your products but this was an unexpected charge that appears to have no value.

I've been using Passion Planners for 6+ years now and I love them! I still use my calendar on my phone too but being able to color code personal, work, and volunteer related items really makes a difference for me plus there is something about having something physical to write it, journal in, and share. The planner was ordered more than a month ago and I haven’t got it yet. Order protection was useless and waste of money as all they say is “sorry for the delay”. Not sure whether I would get the planner at all - Never again ordering from Passion Planner!
