What is your shipping and return policy?

We ship worldwide, and every order comes with our updated refund policy:

First-time customers: Try Passion Planner risk-free for 90 days. You have 90 days from delivery (for physical planners) or from your order date (for digital planners) to request a refund. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

Returning customers: Refund requests can be made within 60 days of delivery (physical) or order date (digital). Refunds cover Passion Planner products and sales tax only.

Its a beautiful planner. More importantly after several failed attempts (read ADHD neuro-divergent brain) the light finally went off - "It doesnt have to be perfect it just has to start."
