What is your shipping and return policy?
We ship worldwide, and every order comes with our updated refund policy:
First-time customers: Try Passion Planner risk-free for 90 days. You have 90 days from delivery (for physical planners) or from your order date (for digital planners) to request a refund. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
Returning customers: Refund requests can be made within 60 days of delivery (physical) or order date (digital). Refunds cover Passion Planner products and sales tax only.

Amazing planning. Always my favorite. I love that it all early morning hours and late evenings hours as my business spans all across the day.
I’ve tried other planners but I keep coming back to Passion Planner. Been a fan since the small beginnings. The years I actually use it I feel so much more productive but also connected with myself.
Finally went back to a passion planner after a couple years of trying lots of other brands and styles, the passion planners half hour lined layout is truly the only thing that works for me. The large layout is especially helpful. Now that I’m self employed it’s a really important tool that helps me visualize my day and stay on track
First, weekly planning works so well with my natural rhythm! The planner allows space for daily notes but focus is on weekly planning.
Furthermore, I love the prompts and guidance on creating my own routines and rituals.
Lastly, I’m not big on goal-setting but hashing through my hopes and dreams in a detailed manner helps me to settle into the new habits and ways of thinking.

Didn’t need the month end check in with yourself business with the same questions. It made a thick planner, thicker.
What I’d like to see more of is - stacked weekends, giving weekdays more space to write in them. Only Wonderland 222 does it, but that’s not my favorite planner either b/c they don’t have the note taking space you do. Check out MarkStyle A5 for layout thoughts. I liked the ability to take notes, but generally, it was too busy.

I only use the weekly spreads. I use the academic planner for school. I really like the designs and that they're tactile. I do wish there were wider color options for the different designs.
For me, I truly can't think of a better planner. The wide range of features available, whether I use them or not, makes me feel fully supported for whatever level of specificity I'm seeking that day, week, or month. It's guilt-free planning at its finest!
I had switched to another planner that was supposed to make me more "productive" and it just didn´t inspire me. I tried to keep at it, but I dearly missed my passion planner and its spaces to write my weekly focus, my to do´s, my monthly reflection! And the new stickers are amazing!! Just started filling it in and using them this month and it makes me feel like coming home again, after so many years of being a customer! Never again will I leave!
I love that, because of the size, it’s easy to write in and it lays flat. I also adore the habit tracker! It adds a little motivation to reach my goals because then I get to see all the beautiful colors! 😂
I absolutely LOVE passion planners! I’ve been using them since 2017 and I’ll never buy another planner ever again. Somehow it just works with my ADHD brain and the medium is the perfect size to fit in any of my bags. I love the weekly quotes and the space for personal and professional goals and weekly focus topics. There’s not much that I don’t love about this planner actually

I really like the built in spots to put the monthly tabs. And the “space of infinite possibility” so I have extra room. The spot for “this week’s focus.” And lots of room in the back for me to wrote checklists I reference often for work.
It was a gift for my daughter’s Birthday! I have bought her one ever since college began and now that she’s an attorney she uses it for work ! She looks forward to getting it every year! It’s a staple gift that she’d be disappointed if she didn’t get one !
