What is your shipping and return policy?

We ship worldwide, and every order comes with our updated refund policy:

First-time customers: Try Passion Planner risk-free for 90 days. You have 90 days from delivery (for physical planners) or from your order date (for digital planners) to request a refund. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

Returning customers: Refund requests can be made within 60 days of delivery (physical) or order date (digital). Refunds cover Passion Planner products and sales tax only.

Mid year, the cover started separating on top and bottom corners. While i have read complaints about PP's quality, I have never had a problem before this year. It makes me hesitant to purchase another one. I've been a loyal PP customer for years and don't really want to give it up. But I'll be looking at other planners in 2027.

I am a HUGE fan of all Passion Planner products! The layout is amazing, the paper quality is great, and the actual planner is exactly what I need to be organized. This was my first time purchasing a colourful planner, not just my typical plain black. While I LOVE the orange colour, I am a bit bummed out as the exterior of my planner has some strange black/grey scuffs on the front that will not come off. They occurred when transporting my planner to and from class with other textbooks in my backpack over a day or two. I no longer put this planner in my backpack, and will need to put some stickers over the scuff. So, overall, not a big deal!

I’ve been using Passion Planner Weekly Dated for YEARS! Never fails - and is a staple in my routine. If I don’t use it, consider the day a flop. Only downsides: now that I’m a working profession, I wish it included more hours (extended to 11:30pm-12:00am) and came in more colors (i.e. neutrals, browns, etc.)!
