FAQs
What is a Passion Planner Digital and how does it work?
Passion Planner Digital is a hyperlinked PDF designed to work in note-taking apps like Goodnotes, Notability, or Xodo. You can write, highlight, add stickers, and customize pages just like a paper planner—only on your tablet or iPad. Learn more about how it works.
What is the difference between the Digital Student Planner and the Digital Mid-Year Planner?
The Digital Mid-Year Planner is a more general goal-setting and productivity planner that starts mid-year, making it perfect for anyone looking for a fresh start outside of January. The Digital Student Planner is designed specifically for academic life, with layouts and tools that support classes, assignments, routines, and balancing school with everyday life. T
When does the Digital Mid-Year Planner start?
Our Digital Mid-Year Planners and Digital Student Planners starts in July and includes dated monthly and weekly layouts that run through the following year, making them ideal for mid-year resets, new routines, or academic seasons.
Can I customize the digital planner?
Yes. One of the biggest benefits of digital planning is flexibility. You can duplicate pages, move stickers, add photos, resize elements, change layouts, and build a planning system that works for your life and learning style.
Why choose a digital planner over a paper planner?
Digital planners offer flexibility, portability, and customization while still giving you the feeling of intentional planning. Many people love being able to keep everything in one device, reuse templates, move pages around, and personalize their planning experience over time.
Do I need Goodnotes to use the digital planner?
No. While Goodnotes is one of the most popular apps for digital planning, our planners work with many PDF annotation apps. As long as the app supports hyperlinks and handwriting or typing on PDFs, you can use your planner your way.
What apps and devices are compatible with the digital planner?
Our digital planners are designed for tablets and iPads with a stylus (such as the Apple Pencil). They work best with Goodnotes, Notability, and Xodo, but are compatible with most PDF annotation apps. Please note: they are not editable in Google Docs, Word, or Excel.
Can I try a digital planner before I buy?
Yes! We offer free samples so you can test the layouts and see if digital planning is right for you. Try our free undated digital planner sample before committing.
How do I download and start using my digital planner?
After purchasing, you’ll receive a link to download your planner file. Import it into your note-taking app of choice, then start planning instantly. Watch our setup guides for step-by-step instructions.
Can I use the digital planner on multiple devices?
Yes! You can import your digital planner onto multiple devices, such as your iPad and phone, as long as you’re logged into the same note-taking app account (e.g., Goodnotes with iCloud). This way your notes and updates sync across devices.
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.2 / 5 from 23 reviews.
I love the digital planner, it's nice to align it with my physical planner so I can keep myself on track.
I do wish that they hadn't merged the daily into the same file, as I don't use the daily option at all. An option to choose either Monthly, Daily or combined would be fabulous, and I'd definitely purchase again if that were the case.
Easy and fun to use! I can go minimal, or decorate to my heart’s content, reflect (or not), set goals (or not), and set life to my own pace. Plus, because it’s digital I don’t have to stress when plans change.
I have always been a paper planner person but decided to try the digital in an attempt to be able to see my schedule across devices. I love it so far and it hasn’t technically started yet. There are tons of trackers and special planning pages that I’ve take advantage of over the last month. So far, totally impressed!
Store owner replied:
Thank you for giving our digital planner a try, Caroline! We're thrilled to hear that the transition from paper to digital has been such a positive experience and that you're already making the most of the trackers and planning pages. It means so much to know you're impressed even before the planner year has officially begun, and we hope it continues to support you across all your devices.
I cant begin to tell you what I love about this - it'd be the longest review ever as I love everything. Im looking forward to my Sunday planning sessions way more than usual.
The planner includes really useful sections and is linked well. I wanted a section for notes with different tabs but where I could customise each tab to represent a different topic, and this works perfectly.
I love how colourful the planner is and although I don’t really use the daily pages, I like having them there in case I do need to use them. I’ve reordered the weeks pages so that they follow each monthly page (and moved the daily pages to the end of all of the weekly ones) and the links still work perfectly.
I really love this planner - my only issue is that I wish there were more options for the weekly layout rather than just columns for each day, as I prefer more space to jot things down. But that’s personal preference and doesn’t take away from the usability of the planner. Love it!

Hello Karen. Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that the planner is working so well for your customized setup and that you’re enjoying the vibrant colors. We completely understand wanting more weekly layout options—your feedback is really valuable and helps us think about ways to make the planner even more flexible for different planning styles. We’re so glad it’s helping you stay organized and creative!
Loved the ease of purchasing, I didn’t like that the daily and the weekly are merged together - especially when the layouts are different to the physical planners (I like my physical and digital to line up)

The digital planner was extremely diffcukt to edit and I wasted my money on the digital planner
Store owner replied:
Hello Ashley. Thank you for the feedback and we apologize for the inconvenience that you experienced using your digital planner. We'll send you a message to assist you further.
I love the physical planner more but this is just as good!
The flexibility of copy/paste, easily erasing, moving items, and using stickers, highlighters, etc. without using them up is amazing! No more sticker remorse! Plus, I'm not putting paper into the garbage when I'm through with my planner, or spending precious time peeling stickers off so the paper can be recycled. Finally, I love that I can view my planner on my phone when I don't have my iPad with me. Game changer!
Store owner replied:
Thanks, Tracie! We’re so glad the Digital Mid-Year Planner – Dreamy Dusk Bundle is giving you the freedom to make it your own—your planning, your way!
It's easy to use, and the online tutorial helped me discover more features. I also like the daily goal pages.

Thanks so much for your feedback, Crystal! We totally understand how helpful it would be to access the same digital planner across multiple devices. It’s a great suggestion, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product team for future improvements. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts!
Works great. I use Samsung Notes and all the hyperlinks/Google calendar options work. Importing png's and Google images is easy. No complaints. We can actually use this digital calendar, Android people! :)
