1. Digital: We recommend this for digital users and people using tablets to complete the journal.
2. Small PDF: Printable and good for those that write on the small side (2 pages per spread).
3. Large PDF: Printable and good for those that write on the larger side (1 page is 8.5" x 11").
*If you're printing this at home, we recommend leaving out pages 6, 12, 18, 62, 132, 168, 182, and 212 (in the PDF file) to save printer ink!
