Our dated annual weekly planners are pre-printed with specific dates for the full calendar year, running from January through December. If you are starting mid-year or prefer total calendar flexibility, our undated weekly planners or mid-year planners may be the perfect fit.

Every annual planner starts with our signature Passion Roadmap exercise. This guided tool helps you brainstorm short-term and long-term goals, map out actionable steps, and break those goals down into monthly and weekly focus areas so your daily actions align with your big dreams.

What is your shipping and return policy?
We ship worldwide, and every order comes with our updated refund policy:
First-time customers: Try Passion Planner risk-free for 90 days. You have 90 days from delivery (for physical planners) or from your order date (for digital planners) to request a refund. Shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
Returning customers: Refund requests can be made within 60 days of delivery (physical) or order date (digital). Refunds cover Passion Planner products and sales tax only.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically take 5–10 business days to process. Read our full Refund Policy.

Disappointed that May and July calendars have misprints. Appreciate email was sent notifying customers but only offered downloads to correct the issue. Passion Planner should offer a significant discount for 2028 planners to customers who purchased before misprint was announced as compensation for the misprinted 2027 planner.
Many customers are not happy and considering using other planners this year and in the future.
Come on Passion Planner, do better. Do something before you lose customers!

i love my pp! I think it is my fifth or sixth year with it. I always use medium size - that is where everything finds its place and I have enough space to schedule my every day life. I would love to have a little bit of journaling space under each day, so I could just jot down the most memorable things each day and not put them somewhere far away onto the last pages of the planner. And therefore the to do lists could just go onto the right side, because I noticed for myself that I don't use the blank spaces there (not organized enough for me maybe? IDK). I think it would be great to also have a few blank pages in the beginning of the planner to put some things like overviews in front of the year. hahaha so that is obvs my wishlist for pp, but you are doing an amazing job and I def recommended pp to others who also joined the community<3

Unhappy with the misprints on the dates and not being offered a discount or being able to get a replacement. The fact that I have to correct it by printing and sticking a page over the original page. For over $100 Australian dollars I want a clean correct planner/diary.

I like the medium size because it is compact and easy to take with me if I need to. The best part is the physical tactile arrangment of weeks and months. I use it as a reference record. When I need to look back I can so easily and somehow keep track of 'time' that a digital calendar obliterates!
It was a tough choice this year with so many pretty covers but Swan Lake is exquisite! 2027 is a special year and I’m delighted to have something so stunning to plan it in.
I have been purchasing Passion Planner since 2013! Every year since then I so look forward to the mail reading "New Planners out soon:)"

The swan cover design is lovely. I like the soft feel of the overall planner (not a stiff hardcover). And, of course, I love what's inside my planner! I've been using Passion Planners for many years and love them.

I've ordered planners for myself for years now and loved each and every one of them. This is the first year that an order was confused - I was sent a large version instead of a small version. But customer service was excellent, and after a short wait, I received the planner I ordered. It's beautiful. This is my third passion planner and every year I am more in love with it.
I’ve been using Passion Planner for years and love them.
I did notice that the 2027 planner has a significant typo. Christmas Eve and Day are incorrectly appointed to December 23rd and 24th.

Though I’ve seen some minor issues, (a date missing in the monthly calendar and some odd little dots here and there, the rest of it is just as perfect as ever. I am really looking forward to using it more in 2027. 2026 has been a hit-and-miss year for me. But I’m excited to get back into the swing of it all and I know utilizing my passion planner will help me with that.

Love the color and cover design. Love the thick pages. I tried a different planner last year and sure miss my Passion Planner, which I've used for 4 other years, on and off. I always come back to this.

I really love the planner design and the color choices and other personal preferences. I get the large planner and I wish it was 8 1/2 x 11 so standard size papers would fit when tucked between pages of the planner or in the “storage pouch”. It’s so frustrating when they stick out and/or won’t fit.

I love Passion Planner since 2018! However, I don’t know how I missed the important notice on the incorrect July dates for the monthly calendar spread, but July 31st missing in the monthly spread got me disappointed! 😔 the passion planner team does such a great job in making sure all the dates are on the planner, monthly and weekly spreads, and they correspond to the Monday and Sunday start calendars respectively. The weekly spreads are correct, but the monthly spreads could have been double-checked before releasing the 2027 planners in September. I really hope the PP team takes this feedback seriously going forward, otherwise I will have to look for another planner, and this will make me sad because Passion Planner is my life!
I wanted to se if I would like the hardbound..i prefer the feeling hand of the softbound version..wish you had the pastel rainbow cover again.it was my favorite

I love the fact that its customisable to my preferences. Its a planner which I will surely use..
My onie issue is that its abit on the bigger size for me to carry "her" around.. so I have to keep "her" stationed at home... that's all..

I really love the simplicity of the embossed leaves as a repeating pattern. I use my planner for literally everything in my life so I like the design to have a balance between creative authentic expression/inspiration and a degree of professionalism and subtlety. I ordered this one from 2026 at the end of the season and plan to update the dates to work for 2027
