This planner is my life force. As someone who just can't handle the "out-there-ness" of a typical digital calendar, being able to plan out my life on my ipad in GoodNotes is so much better for me. Not only can I change things easily, but it allows me to copy and paste trends in my schedule and keep track of everythinggggg. It is tailored to my life and I love it!

The layout is crisp and clean. For someone with time, it would be an amazing asset to insert content, decorate, etc.
For me, I was surprised this was not an editable pdf. To use the planner, I had to download an additional app with limitations unless I buy a subscription to their paid features. Then, upload the planner to it. Then add content, which is a quick learning curve but not fast.
Printing segments of the calendar or planning to post at the office seems to be clunky due to the size of the files.
I understand the value of searchable, linkable, and manipulable data and appointment information, but for me the daily planner pages were far more work than using a paper planner.
I feel, for me, that this planner became more of a time-suck to make the pages like I need them to be than an asset I could really use.
I wanted to love it, but I think this is for people who want aesthetic, for bullet-journal adjacent planners, and people who want a “pretty” planner. It isn’t functional as a fast workhorse.

Love the links, seamlessly allowing to jump back and forth from 'month' to 'day'. Everything works great: the ink, pasting in screenshots, etc. etc. Real-time syncing b/w desktop to iPad works perfectly too and it's super practical. I see myself buying 2026/27 ...

Honestly, the best planner ever and I've told all my friends! I LOVE this planner - easy to use and affordable. The features are amazing. I love the student version as I'm teacher, but if you made a teacher version I'd be so HAPPY!
I love my digital Passion Planner! I was afraid to switch from paper to digital because I love stickers and good pens. But, this planner is functional and fun! The digital stickers are cute, and I can create my own stickers, too. The digital planner gets a 10 out of 10 from me!

I love my Passion Planner! I struggled for so long to find a planner that works for me. I am a newer college student working full-time. I have tried many planners, bullet journaling, using just my notes app and calendar, etc. I never felt like anything met all the needs I was looking for. I also have ADHD, so organization is everything to me. Without my notes, reminders, and schedules, it all falls apart. I love that the Passion Planner is customizable and offers multiple options for features like movie trackers, habit trackers, monthly goals, and grocery lists - literally anything you can think of. The academic version is going to be a lifesaver this year. I have also been trying to limit my usage of notebooks and journals since I change them up so many times, and I need to commute every day. If you are looking for something that can change and grow with you and can be customized to your wants and needs, I HIGHLY recommend it! Having the templates is also great because you can keep it simple or make it as fun and pretty as you like!

I'm trying a digital planner for the first time ever. While being a forever pen and paper planner girl I do see the benefits of having a planner in digital form. Definitely makes the tote bag lighter:). Being able to use it in GoodNotes is a plus so is having tutorials for us who aren't digital. I'll be diving in to get it all set-up and use it along with my physical weekly planner. I see myself going crazy with the stickers and color coding... and no I don't want to be stopped.

I love planing my dance classes and overall life schedule with this planner- if it’s digital it’s always with me! I can always reference! I can also copy and paste and cut a sheet or two and sent to a babysitter or family member to easily share the schedule! I love love love all the stickers and fun design add ins! I love it! I called it "mindful planning" when I'm playing with my digital planner.
It’s perfect to manage everything going on as a studying mom. I can try out multiple ways to manage the week and send them to the other caretakers of my son. If something has to be changed it’s so easy to erase it without creating chaos or having to work in pencil. I think I have to purchase a paper like film for my device, cause the one thing that bugs me is the unevenness of my writing.

The digital goodnotes version is hard to navigate, and for the same price i’m very dissapointed. i have been a passion planner user for five years now, and loved the hard copy, I should have just stayed the course!

I love having the dailies and weeklies together and how customisable it is. I'd love an annual version with a tab for journalling and another for notes – that would make it perfect. I would also like a link on all the daily pages to the relevant week. I'm creating a link myself as I go back and forth with the week and the dailies all the time.

I love the new academic planner so much as it helps me with study sessions & my normal planning! Thank you!
I am a teacher, and I love using this planner. As with most digital planners, it is easily modifiable to suit my needs. I love the landscape version, and the combination of both the weekly and daily formats in one planner.
I use the essay planner in the section portion of the planner as a lesson planner. Each section is for a different class I teach, and the app I use allows me create my own links within the planner. So I can go to my monthly or weekly calendar, and go straight to my lesson plan for that day. And the fact that I can print them out is also a bonus, in case technology isn't playing nice on any given day.
The student planner is probably my favorite so far.

Love how easy it is to customize this planner! The YouTube videos were wonderful in helping me set everything up and I love how versatile the digital planners are compared to paper planning. Just okay for me
I love mostly everything about the planner but my only thing is I like how the regular digi planners still has a bookish look. So the yearly digi planner I got at the beginning of the year is initially in portrait mode then when you open up to the monthly and weekly spreads there’s that look that make it still look like a book. I guess it’s the shadowing in the middle like it’s an actual book. Also, I like that you can change the covers for the academic digi planner but I’d prefer different options for the monthly tabs too.
