I love how aesthetically pleasing this planner is I just love to look at it. :-) I love the layout and the options for going in depth for how to plan out life with really important factors in mind. It’s not just a list maker to get things done and a planner to Plan ahead. There’s a lot of heart involved and I love that. It’s a very encouraging and beautiful tool. It also challenges me to go deeper and slow down to take the time to really listen internally, and think about what’s most important and let that guide how I plan my days and weeks and months.

I loved the exterior - it is beautiful. But I did not realize that the layout of the interior would be so different than the dated version. I really wish that exterior design would have been offered in the dated verision. The selection for 2025 was not great in my opinion. And this is the 6th year I have ordered a Passion Planner

I didn’t realize it didn’t have dates already printed in the book. My previous passion planners had dates already printed. I can’t use this product because of this.

I have always purchased the larger version of this Planner and have always loved it. Since I have lots to carry to work I decided to try the smaller 9x7 and absolutely love it even more. It has everything I need and fits perfectly in my laptop bag. I’ve always enjoyed writing and coloring so these planners are essential to me.

My customer service order log shows I was sent three planners and only two arrived. Tere was an issue with one of the three planners I originally ordered not having the same front material as the others. It was discovered that it’s because I had an old printing of that planner. They thought it was fixed and sent me another old one without the front material. Then they sent me a dated one instead of an undated one. The undated planners are great when you know you can’t continuously use the planner because of seasonal interruptions. I love these planners and just wish their customer service had known which planners had the front material the same so this could have been a better experience. It’s upsetting because I meant to use these for a group of women who are all trying to find their passion after leaving the workforce to have kids. It’d have been nice if we all could have had the same front page material. It’d have been nice if customer service knew the products better and could have gotten me both the information I needed that the rainbow undated didn’t have the new pages AND then gotten me a different planner that DID have those pages. It’s hard to feel good about this experience when I’m not going to be able to run this group equitably.

Passion Planners don’t all have the same new added material of habit trackers and values. Their team doesn’t know which of their products have these in it or not. I bought 3 planners undated large and different covers for my group to work in together. Large because we don’t write tiny. Undated because we sometimes have to take breaks because life happens for women. It was unbelievable that the planners arrived and one didn’t have the same pages as the others. I asked and customer service said they would send a replacement right away. It came also no front material. Another replacement but it was the wrong size and not undated. This is unbelievably frustrating customer service. These planners are great if you are doing something solo and unfortunately a bust if you’re embarking on a group passion project, because you can’t guarantee that you will all get the same material in your planner. I’m sad because this was something our group was super excited about.

It's lovely, although larger than I expected.
I've never used a Passion Planner before and it is a little confusing (and daunting) but a friend who LOVES her Passion Planners sat down and walked me through parts of it. She likes dated planners and my undated is a little different from hers...
I'm excited to start using it, in December when my current planner expires.
